La medida busca aliviar la carga econ\u00f3mica de miles de prestatarios afectados por la crisis social y los bloqueos que han golpeado a diversos sectores productivos del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan los proponentes, la norma beneficiar\u00eda tanto a personas naturales como a peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas que enfrentan dificultades para cumplir con sus obligaciones financieras. Adem\u00e1s, contempla que las entidades bancarias no puedan aplicar intereses adicionales ni reportar a los deudores como morosos mientras dure el periodo de diferimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto ya ha generado diversas reacciones en el sistema financiero y entre analistas econ\u00f3micos, que advierten sobre posibles impactos en la liquidez de los bancos.
