En conferencia de prensa, Gallardo inst\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a mantener la calma y evitar una \u201cpsicosis colectiva\u201d que agrave la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro explic\u00f3 que las recientes dificultades clim\u00e1ticas impidieron la descarga de buques en el puerto de Arica, situaci\u00f3n que provoc\u00f3 demoras en la distribuci\u00f3n. Como medida paliativa, el Gobierno ha trasladado uno de los buques al puerto peruano de Mollendo y ha incrementado los vol\u00famenes desde Mejillones, Chile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gallardo tambi\u00e9n llam\u00f3 a los sectores sociales a no realizar bloqueos que obstaculicen el transporte de carburantes, asegurando que los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas se reforzar\u00e1 el abastecimiento.
