Esta resoluci\u00f3n permite al partido quedar habilitado para participar en las elecciones generales previstas para agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presidenta de PAN-BOL, Ruth Nina, expres\u00f3 su satisfacci\u00f3n por el fallo y anunci\u00f3 que el binomio presidencial estar\u00e1 conformado por Evo Morales y Wilma Alanoca. No obstante, desde el TSE se aclar\u00f3 que la resoluci\u00f3n judicial no ampl\u00eda los plazos oficiales para la inscripci\u00f3n de candidatos, plazo que venci\u00f3 el pasado 19 de mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El escenario electoral se torna m\u00e1s complejo debido a que, pese a esta habilitaci\u00f3n, la candidatura de Morales enfrenta otro desaf\u00edo legal: el fallo vigente del Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional que proh\u00edbe la reelecci\u00f3n presidencial indefinida.
