La Sala Constitucional Primera de Santa Cruz dej\u00f3 sin efecto un recurso que frenaba la inscripci\u00f3n del binomio compuesto por Andr\u00f3nico Rodr\u00edguez y Mariana Prado, postulantes por la alianza Popular. La acci\u00f3n legal, impulsada por un ciudadano, fue declarada improcedente, eliminando un obst\u00e1culo clave en el proceso de habilitaci\u00f3n de la f\u00f3rmula respaldada por el Movimiento Tercer Sistema. Con esta decisi\u00f3n, la candidatura de Rodr\u00edguez gana impulso en medio de un escenario electoral marcado por disputas internas y acciones judiciales. Representantes de la alianza destacaron que el fallo permite avanzar hacia la inscripci\u00f3n definitiva ante el Tribunal Supremo Electoral.
