El Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional (TCP) de Bolivia emiti\u00f3 la Sentencia Constitucional 007\/2025, determinando que ning\u00fan ciudadano podr\u00e1 ejercer m\u00e1s de dos mandatos presidenciales o vicepresidenciales, sean continuos o discontinuos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta decisi\u00f3n representa un hito en la interpretaci\u00f3n de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado y busca garantizar la alternancia en el poder como principio fundamental del sistema democr\u00e1tico. La sentencia aclara que el l\u00edmite aplica incluso si los mandatos no fueron consecutivos, cerrando cualquier posibilidad de reelecciones indefinidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
