Caos en el Consulado boliviano de Calama: migrantes duermen en cartones para empadronarse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En medio del proceso de empadronamiento en el exterior, el Consulado de Bolivia en Calama (Chile) se ha convertido en el escenario de un drama humano. Cientos de ciudadanos bolivianos, muchos de ellos trabajadores migrantes, han tenido que dormir en cartones y hacer filas durante la madrugada para intentar registrarse y ejercer su derecho al voto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La falta de organizaci\u00f3n, el personal insuficiente y la limitada infraestructura han provocado largas esperas, confusi\u00f3n y malestar generalizado. Varias personas denuncian que deben esperar hasta tres d\u00edas para ser atendidas, sin acceso adecuado a servicios b\u00e1sicos, expuestos al fr\u00edo y la inseguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizaciones migrantes han expresado su preocupaci\u00f3n y exigen al \u00d3rgano Electoral Plurinacional una respuesta inmediata para garantizar condiciones dignas y un proceso eficiente. Lo que deber\u00eda ser un ejercicio democr\u00e1tico se ha transformado en una odisea para los bolivianos en el exterior, dejando en evidencia la precariedad del sistema consular y electoral fuera del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
