Ofrec\u00eda lotes a precios accesibles, organizaba visitas y aseguraba que las tierras estaban listas para ser escrituradas. Sin embargo, todo era una farsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las v\u00edctimas, muchas de ellas de la comunidad boliviana, realizaron pagos de hasta 20.000 d\u00f3lares antes de descubrir el fraude. La investigaci\u00f3n revel\u00f3 que Ponce utiliz\u00f3 TikTok para captar clientes y que la empresa Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar Group no ten\u00eda propiedad sobre las tierras ofertadas.
