En una entrevista en La Raz\u00f3n Radio, Tahuichi explic\u00f3 que existen dos leyes que \u201cchocan\u201d entre s\u00ed. Cit\u00f3 el art\u00edculo 232 de la Ley 026 de R\u00e9gimen Electoral, que establece que \u201cdifundir estudios de opini\u00f3n para fines electorales, sin estar habilitado por el \u00d3rgano Electoral\u201d es una infracci\u00f3n, pero se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esto no puede ser aplicado debido a la falta de jueces electorales. Seg\u00fan la Ley 018 del \u00d3rgano Electoral Plurinacional, \u201cel Tribunal Electoral Departamental designar\u00e1 como juezas o jueces electorales\u2026 para cada proceso electoral\u201d, lo cual no ocurre de manera permanente.
