El Juzgado Quinto de Instrucci\u00f3n Penal de Tarija declar\u00f3 en rebeld\u00eda al expresidente Evo Morales, acusado de trata con agravante. El juez Nelson Rocabado dispuso arraigo nacional, anotaci\u00f3n de bienes y la emisi\u00f3n de un mandamiento de aprehensi\u00f3n tras la inasistencia de Morales a una audiencia cautelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La fiscal Sandra Guti\u00e9rrez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Morales incumpli\u00f3 la orden previa de valoraci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, desestimando los certificados presentados por su defensa. Adem\u00e1s, el juez rechaz\u00f3 una recusaci\u00f3n planteada por el abogado del exmandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El caso se remonta a 2015, cuando Morales habr\u00eda tenido una relaci\u00f3n con una menor de 15 a\u00f1os, quien luego tuvo una hija, seg\u00fan documentos oficiales. La justicia busca ejecutar las medidas de manera inmediata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
