El vicepresidente de Bolivia, David Choquehuanca, destac\u00f3 este viernes el poder y la fortaleza de las mujeres, se\u00f1alando que su uni\u00f3n podr\u00eda cambiar el panorama pol\u00edtico del pa\u00eds. Durante un acto en conmemoraci\u00f3n a las mujeres campesinas \u201cBartolina Sisa\u201d, afirm\u00f3 que el colonialismo busc\u00f3 hist\u00f3ricamente someter a las mujeres por temor a su coraje y energ\u00eda ilimitados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSi las mujeres se unieran, no estar\u00edan peleando entre ustedes, tendr\u00edamos una presidenta mujer\u201d, afirm\u00f3, subrayando que las mujeres son mayor\u00eda en el pa\u00eds, pero su poder se ve limitado al ser confrontadas con los hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De cara a las elecciones presidenciales de agosto, donde predominan los candidatos masculinos, sus declaraciones llaman a reflexionar sobre el papel de la mujer en la pol\u00edtica y la necesidad de fomentar su liderazgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
