La inestabilidad pol\u00edtica, la escasez de combustible, la falta de d\u00f3lares y la crisis econ\u00f3mica han impactado severamente este sector, que solo gener\u00f3 $800 millones en 2024, frente a los $5.000 millones que podr\u00eda alcanzar anualmente. Luis Ampuero, presidente de Cabotur, destac\u00f3 el aumento de tarifas a\u00e9reas, alojamientos y paquetes tur\u00edsticos, afectando tanto a turistas nacionales como internacionales. Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el deterioro constante desde 2019 debido a bloqueos, conflictos sociales y falta de seguridad jur\u00eddica.
