Varios j\u00f3venes hab\u00edan sido excluidos del proceso de selecci\u00f3n por no cumplir con la estatura m\u00ednima de 1,68 cm para varones, establecida en el prospecto 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Delegado Defensorial, Francisco Rodr\u00edguez, cit\u00f3 la Sentencia Constitucional 260\/2014, que establece que dicho requisito vulnera el derecho a la igualdad y no discriminaci\u00f3n. Como resultado de la reuni\u00f3n con el Comandante del Colegio Militar, se permitir\u00e1 la postulaci\u00f3n de todos los j\u00f3venes, sin importar su estatura.
