Antes de su muerte, sufr\u00eda acoso constante por parte de \u00e9l, lo que la llev\u00f3 a temer por su vida. Seg\u00fan el fiscal provincial, Limberth Arredondo, la madre de Kamila confirm\u00f3 que su hija hab\u00eda considerado abandonar sus estudios para evitar a su agresor, ya que no exist\u00eda una relaci\u00f3n entre ellos, sino un acoso que la manten\u00eda en un estado de miedo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arredondo cuestion\u00f3 a la madre sobre por qu\u00e9 no se present\u00f3 una denuncia ante la Polic\u00eda o la Fiscal\u00eda, a lo que ella respondi\u00f3 que no quer\u00eda lidiar con el sistema burocr\u00e1tico. El fiscal enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de denunciar situaciones de acoso, ya que la ley permite implementar medidas de protecci\u00f3n para las v\u00edctimas, como el alejamiento del agresor. Este caso resalta la urgencia de actuar frente a la violencia de g\u00e9nero y la necesidad de que las v\u00edctimas busquen apoyo en las instituciones adecuadas, para prevenir tragedias como la de Kamila.
