Se est\u00e1 atropellando todas las leyes y reglamento militar y las consecuencias son todas estas que estamos viviendo\u201d, expres\u00f3 Pe\u00f1a y Lillo haciendo alusi\u00f3n al discurso de Z\u00fa\u00f1iga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. 28 de noviembre de 2013<\/strong>: El cajero habilitado del Regimiento REIM-23 Max Toledo, el suboficial segundo Porfirio Quispe Mamani, elev\u00f3 un informe al entonces comandante general del Ej\u00e9rcito, general Fernando Zeballos Cortez. En ese documento, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Z\u00fa\u00f1iga era el principal responsable de un supuesto desfalco de al menos&nbsp;<strong>2,7 millones de bolivianos<\/strong>&nbsp;destinados para el&nbsp;<strong>bono Juancito Pinto<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Renta Dignidad<\/strong>&nbsp;y vi\u00e1ticos para militares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Octubre de 2019<\/strong>: El expresidente Evo Morales acus\u00f3 a Z\u00fa\u00f1iga de estar detr\u00e1s de un grupo llamado&nbsp;<strong>Pachajcho<\/strong>, que supuestamente ejecuta el denominado&nbsp;<strong>plan negro<\/strong>&nbsp;en su contra. Morales lo se\u00f1al\u00f3 como experto en \u201cpinchazos telef\u00f3nicos\u201d y \u201cseguimientos personales\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. El General Juan Jos\u00e9 Z\u00fa\u00f1iga Mac\u00edas fue el&nbsp;<strong>Comandante General del Ej\u00e9rcito de Bolivia&nbsp;<\/strong>desde noviembre de 2022 hasta su destituci\u00f3n el 25 de junio de 2024.
