La nueva\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdsocialesa2030.gob.es\/derechos-sociales\/familias\/index.htm\">Ley de Familias 2023\/2024<\/a>\u00a0tambi\u00e9n reconoce todos los tipos y modelos de la maternidad, entre ellos, no solo a las familias monoparentales, donde uno de los progenitores, padre o madre, se encarga de la crianza de los hijos, sino tambi\u00e9n incluye<a href=\"https:\/\/elpais.com\/elpais\/2018\/04\/26\/mamas_papas\/1524750863_944469.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0el t\u00e9rmino monomarental<\/a>\u00a0para definir el hogar en el que la mujer es la cabeza de familia.
