Lo querr\u00e1n derrotar, no lo permita. Querr\u00e1n que su gesti\u00f3n se sienta avergonzada, no lo permita. Querr\u00e1n que los bolivianos dejen de extenderle la mano, no lo permita. Querr\u00e1n instalar el miedo, no lo permita. Cumpla los sue\u00f1os de los bolivianos y los suyos tambi\u00e9n\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adem\u00e1s, Richter inst\u00f3 al presidente a mantener una visi\u00f3n amplia y receptiva. \u201cNo deje usted de recordar nunca, que las miradas que ayudan son aquellas que est\u00e1n en 360\u00b0, que nada lo limite\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gabriela Alc\u00f3n, viceministra de Comunicaci\u00f3n, coment\u00f3 sobre la renuncia de Richter: \u201cSe est\u00e1 cumpliendo algo que ya lo hab\u00eda anunciado, que corresponde a un formalismo administrativo, \u00e9l ha manifestado su posici\u00f3n, nosotros la respetamos\u201d.
