{"id":3474,"date":"2024-05-24T12:07:05","date_gmt":"2024-05-24T16:07:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/telocuentavictorhugo.com\/?p=3474"},"modified":"2024-05-24T12:07:06","modified_gmt":"2024-05-24T16:07:06","slug":"jueces-sospechosos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/telocuentavictorhugo.com\/index.php\/2024\/05\/24\/jueces-sospechosos\/","title":{"rendered":"JUECES SOSPECHOSOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ver video aqu\u00ed:\u00a0\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffc\ud83c\udfa5<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/RBBZNlXrPdA\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/RBBZNlXrPdA<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El ministro de Gobierno, Eduardo del Castillo, denunci\u00f3 que el Tribunal S\u00e9ptimo de Sentencia busca liberar a Misael Nallar, implicado en el triple asesinato de 2022, en Porongo, Santa Cruz, y anunci\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n de una recusaci\u00f3n para cambiarlos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El Ministerio de Gobierno formaba parte del proceso, sin embargo, fue alejado, lo que significa un acto de \u00abparcialidad\u00bb en favor de Nallar que pone en \u00abriesgo el normal desarrollo del juicio oral\u00bb, de acuerdo a un comunicado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00abLo \u00fanico que estaban buscando era liberar a este delincuente, liberar al se\u00f1or Misael Nallar y que no haya justicia para los polic\u00edas que han sido asesinados\u00bb, denunci\u00f3 Del Castillo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dentro del caso, asegur\u00f3 que se cuenta con todos los elementos probatorios y los elementos para entrar a un juicio oral y contradictorio para que se pueda dictar una sentencia contra los principales autores del triple asesinato.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Justicia orden\u00f3 proceso disciplinario interno en la Didipi y tambi\u00e9n otro proceso en la Fiscal\u00eda contra los polic\u00edas que acudieron al despacho de los jueces que conoc\u00edan el caso de Misael Nallar. Asimismo, se orden\u00f3 el cambio a otras unidades de todos los agentes de la Felcc Anticorrupci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Justicia orden\u00f3 el procesamiento disciplinario de polic\u00edas en la Direcci\u00f3n Departamental de Investigaci\u00f3n Interna (Didipi), as\u00ed como en la Fiscal\u00eda.
