{"id":3407,"date":"2024-05-21T09:16:06","date_gmt":"2024-05-21T13:16:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/telocuentavictorhugo.com\/?p=3407"},"modified":"2024-05-21T09:16:06","modified_gmt":"2024-05-21T13:16:06","slug":"multa-de-bs-20-millones-para-los-bancos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/telocuentavictorhugo.com\/index.php\/2024\/05\/21\/multa-de-bs-20-millones-para-los-bancos\/","title":{"rendered":"MULTA DE Bs 20 millones PARA LOS BANCOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ver video aqu\u00ed:\u00a0\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffc\ud83c\udfa5<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/tc1ybuO-VQc\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/tc1ybuO-VQc<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ASFI multa con Bs 20 millones a entidades financieras por incumplir el cambio de d\u00f3lares<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La Autoridad del Sistema Financiero (ASFI) anunci\u00f3 multas por 20 millones de bolivianos a entidades de intermediaci\u00f3n financiera, incluyendo bancos, que han incumplido con la banda de tarifas, particularmente en transacciones con d\u00f3lares.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asimismo, la ASFI anunci\u00f3 que los infractores deben restituir un monto de 7,9 millones de bolivianos a los consumidores financieros quienes pagaron en demas\u00eda por esas transacciones observadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En total son m\u00e1s de 9.200 clientes que han sido afectados y que deben recibir los montos que pagaron en exceso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entre las irregularidades detectadas est\u00e1n la venta de d\u00f3lares con el tipo de cambio superior al establecido por el BCB, incumplimiento del reglamento de tarifas y operaciones en d\u00f3lares del extranjero a cuentas locales con tipo de cambio mayor al establecido, entre otras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La ASFI empez\u00f3 22 procesos sancionatorios, de los cuales ocho son contra bancos m\u00faltiples, un banco pyme, cuatro casas de cambio, una empresa administradora de tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito, tres sociedades administradoras de fondos de inversi\u00f3n y una sociedad controladora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El director de Normas de la ASFI, Am\u00edlcar Gonzales, indic\u00f3 que las entidades sancionadas tienen un tiempo perentorio para hacer el pago, adem\u00e1s de que deben realizar de manera inmediata la restituci\u00f3n del dinero a los clientes afectados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ver video aqu\u00ed:\u00a0\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffc\ud83c\udfa5<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/tc1ybuO-VQc\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/tc1ybuO-VQc<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>por incumplir el cambio de d\u00f3lares<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3408,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_eb_attr":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[43,1,44],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3407","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-economia","category-noticias","category-sociedad"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
