{"id":3339,"date":"2024-05-16T00:20:14","date_gmt":"2024-05-16T04:20:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/telocuentavictorhugo.com\/?p=3339"},"modified":"2024-05-16T00:20:15","modified_gmt":"2024-05-16T04:20:15","slug":"las-peligrosas-condiciones-del-trabajo-de-los-choferes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/telocuentavictorhugo.com\/index.php\/2024\/05\/16\/las-peligrosas-condiciones-del-trabajo-de-los-choferes\/","title":{"rendered":"LAS PELIGROSAS CONDICIONES DEL TRABAJO DE LOS CH\u00d3FERES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ver video aqu\u00ed:\u00a0\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffc\ud83c\udfa5<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/vursrg1yEhg\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/vursrg1yEhg<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de que los conductores mixtos y organizados de Cochabamba iniciaran un bloqueo en el ingreso a la terminal de buses de esa ciudad, y de que sus pares de La Paz y Santa Cruz advirtieran con repetir la medida a escala nacional, la Direcci\u00f3n Departamental del Trabajo cruce\u00f1a realiz\u00f3 una inspecci\u00f3n a varias empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El trabajo se hizo con la supervisi\u00f3n del control social de la Federaci\u00f3n Departamental de Choferes Asalariados Mixtos de Santa Cruz, que aglutina a conductores de buses, cisternas, taxis y micros urbanos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>denuncia sobre las malas condiciones de trabajo se extienden tambi\u00e9n a las l\u00edneas de micros dentro de la capital cruce\u00f1a, a los due\u00f1os de camiones cisternas y de taxis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>los sueldos no alcancen ni el m\u00ednimo nacional, la sobre explotaci\u00f3n con jornadas hasta de 19 horas de trabajo, y la falta de aportes para jubilaci\u00f3n y seguro de salud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Como parte del control social participaron incluso personas que han sufrido la amputaci\u00f3n de miembros de su cuerpo debido a accidentes de tr\u00e1nsito, y que ahora se encuentran sin empleo, y sin una jubilaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No tiene seguro m\u00e9dico, tampoco jubilaci\u00f3n, pero insiste en que las condiciones laborales de los choferes deben mejorar. \u00abEl 90% de los choferes asalariados debe vivir en alquiler\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00abSomos un peligro latente, es com\u00fan que vivamos con sue\u00f1o, es muy sacrificado. A veces a los conductores de flotas les toca una carretera larga, algunas veces los mandan con copiloto, y como los buses van de noche y vuelven de d\u00eda, los choferes solo dormimos tres
