{"id":3246,"date":"2024-05-10T02:32:20","date_gmt":"2024-05-10T06:32:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/telocuentavictorhugo.com\/?p=3246"},"modified":"2024-05-10T02:32:20","modified_gmt":"2024-05-10T06:32:20","slug":"a-la-carcel-en-menos-de-24-horas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/telocuentavictorhugo.com\/index.php\/2024\/05\/10\/a-la-carcel-en-menos-de-24-horas\/","title":{"rendered":"A LA C\u00c1RCEL EN MENOS DE 24 HORAS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ver video aqu\u00ed:\u00a0\ud83d\udc49\ud83c\udffc\ud83c\udfa5<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/KRrrFAqIrzo\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/KRrrFAqIrzo<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El ministro Eduardo del Castillo anunci\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n del \u201cprocedimiento sumar\u00edsimo penal\u201d, que permitir\u00e1 que el Ministerio P\u00fablico emita, directamente, una imputaci\u00f3n contra delincuentes acusados de robo en flagrancia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>incluye un nuevo tipo penal: apoderamiento flagrante de la cosa ajena, con una pena de siete a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El ministro de Gobierno, Eduardo del Castillo, explic\u00f3 que el nuevo tipo penal propuesto incluye una agravante por reincidencia, cuya pena adicional son dos a\u00f1os, es decir que, en caso de que un delincuente vuelva a cometer ese il\u00edcito, la sanci\u00f3n con privaci\u00f3n de libertad ser\u00e1 de nueve a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La propuesta, seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 Del Castillo, surge en respuesta a los reclamos sobre inseguridad y las denuncias por robo que recibi\u00f3 la Polic\u00eda Boliviana en 2023; los casos alcanzaron los 21.330.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Del total de esos casos, la Polic\u00eda aprehendi\u00f3 a 2.931 personas que fueron sancionadas con detenci\u00f3n preventiva; sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n en 2023, 2.400, o sea, el 82%, fueron liberadas por la Justicia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00abLo ajeno no se toca\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cDe nada est\u00e1 sirviendo el trabajo de la Polic\u00eda Boliviana si meses m\u00e1s tarde los delincuentes nuevamente recobran su libertad.
