Seg\u00fan el estudio, solo una semana de ausencia de estas plataformas logr\u00f3 elevar en las mujeres j\u00f3venes la autoestima y la actitud positiva hacia el propio cuerpo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para el proyecto, publicado en la base de datos especializada ScienceDirect, se dividi\u00f3 a 66 j\u00f3venes estudiantes en dos grupos. Uno de ellos consum\u00eda contenidos de forma habitual en redes sociales, mientras que el otro deb\u00eda abstenerse de ellas durante una semana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previamente, se pregunt\u00f3 a las participantes si estaban satisfechas con su cuerpo y si les gustar\u00eda parecerse a una modelo. Al cabo de una semana, se les volvi\u00f3 a preguntar. La imagen corporal de las mujeres que se hab\u00eda tomado una semana de descanso hab\u00eda mejorado. El efecto fue especialmente evidente en las mujeres que hab\u00edan interiorizado el ideal de delgadez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seg\u00fan los autores del estudio, rara vez se observan efectos tan visibles en pruebas psicol\u00f3gicas. De todos modos, es posible que no solo la pausa fuera lo que condujo a mejores puntuaciones, sino tambi\u00e9n al cambio en el comportamiento durante el tiempo de ocio. En lugar de enfrascarse en sus tel\u00e9fonos m\u00f3viles, las participantes pueden haber pasado m\u00e1s tiempo al aire libre, con amigos o haciendo deporte.
