La Polic\u00eda se acerc\u00f3 a la zona y pudo observar dos veh\u00edculos, uno de color rojo, tipo autom\u00f3vil con placa de Circulaci\u00f3n N\u00b0 3800 GUF, en el interior se encontraban en la parte trasera dos personas identificadas como Julio Cesar T.H. William C.Z. y las dos presuntas v\u00edctimas de secuestro Jos\u00e9 B. y Neydi L. ambos maniatados con precintos pl\u00e1sticos de color negro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El reporte policial indica que las dos personas maniatadas manifestaron ser v\u00edctimas de secuestro y apuntaron a un tercer implicado identificado como Cristian G.H. que se encontraba detr\u00e1s del veh\u00edculo interceptado en una camioneta color gris sin placas de circulaci\u00f3n marca Ford.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tras als requisas de los veh\u00edculos se procedi\u00f3 a la aprehensi\u00f3n de los tres sujetos y su posterior traslado a oficinas de la Felcc de Ivirgarzama.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez en dependencias de la Polic\u00eda de Ivirgarzama se verific\u00f3 y revis\u00f3 los celulares de los implicados, que fueron decomisados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando uno de los polic\u00edas estaba secuestrando el veh\u00edculo de los presuntos secuestradores, en el trayecto del traslado en la avenida 25 de Mayo fue interceptado por moto taxistas de diferentes l\u00edneas, acorral\u00e1ndolo y despoj\u00e1ndole a la fuerza el veh\u00edculo.
