href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/8RyBt6eLjHw\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/8RyBt6eLjHw<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda Departamental de La Paz ha emitido imputaci\u00f3n formal en contra del concejal pace\u00f1o Pierre Cha\u00edn y el empresario inmobiliario Harold Lora, debido a un presunto uso indebido influencias en la emisi\u00f3n de la Ordenanza Municipal 046\/2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dicha ordenanza modificaba par\u00e1metros de edificaci\u00f3n en determinados sectores de la ciudad, pero despu\u00e9s fue abrogada en medio de cuestionamientos por permitir construcciones que alterar\u00edan el perfil urbano y trasgredir la calidad de vida de los habitantes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El concejal Cha\u00edn fue involucrado en el proceso penal, porque promovi\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n de la Ordenanza 046, favoreciendo presuntamente al empresario al cual vendi\u00f3 un terreno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seg\u00fan los antecedentes del caso, Cha\u00edn, mediante intermediarios, habr\u00eda vendido al empresario un terreno del Club \u00c1rabe en la zona de Calacoto, para la construcci\u00f3n de un edificio de m\u00e1s de 20 pisos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adem\u00e1s, el concejal tiene otro proceso por parte del Club \u00c1rabe, que lo denunci\u00f3 por la presunta venta irregular del terreno en la zona de Calacoto, con poderes aprobados supuestamente de manera dolosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En ese marco, la Fiscal\u00eda procedi\u00f3 a la imputaci\u00f3n de ambos y que un juez les imponga fianza econ\u00f3mica, arraigo y otras
