Insisti\u00f3 en la eutanasia para tener &#8216;una muerte digna&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ana Estrada, una activista de 47 a\u00f1os que sufr\u00eda una polimiositis incurable y progresiva desde los 12 a\u00f1os, fue la primera persona en Per\u00fa en recibir la eutanasia tras un hist\u00f3rico fallo de la Justicia peruana en febrero de 2021 ratificado por el Tribunal Supremo en julio de 2022.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00abEl domingo 21 de abril de 2024, Ana Estrada ejerci\u00f3 su derecho fundamental a una muerte digna y accedi\u00f3 al procedimiento m\u00e9dico de eutanasia. Ana muri\u00f3 en sus propios t\u00e9rminos, conforme a su idea de dignidad y en pleno control de su autonom\u00eda hasta el final\u00bb, establece un comunicado difundido por su abogada en redes sociales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En concreto, el procedimiento m\u00e9dico se \u00abrealiz\u00f3 conforme al \u2018Plan y Protocolo de Muerte Digna&#8217;\u00bb aprobado por el Ministerio de Salud del pa\u00eds y al Seguro Social de Salud (EsSalud) en el marco de \u00abla hist\u00f3rica sentencia a su favor\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00abAna parti\u00f3 agradecida con todas las personas que hicieron eco de su voz, que la acompa\u00f1aron en su lucha y que, de manera incondicional, apoyaron su decisi\u00f3n con amor y empat\u00eda\u00bb, indica en el comunicado, agregando que \u00absu lucha ha trascendido las fronteras\u00bb de Per\u00fa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2018Muerte digna\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estrada se convierte as\u00ed en la primera persona en acceder a la eutanasia, contemplada como delito por el art\u00edculo 112 del C\u00f3digo Penal.
