Mi libertad y la vida de toda mi familia corren peligro\u00bb, escribi\u00f3, asegurando que su salida no implica una renuncia al cargo.Saucedo afirm\u00f3 que desde el exterior puede ser m\u00e1s \u00fatil que \u00abestando en una c\u00e1rcel o muerto\u00bb y denunci\u00f3 que en el pa\u00eds \u00abes pecado cuestionar al poder pol\u00edtico\u00bb y que se asesinan magistrados con impunidad. Acus\u00f3 que la justicia aplica la detenci\u00f3n preventiva como regla contra quienes no comulgan con el poder y que \u00abno titubea para contratar sicarios y silenciar gente con la muerte\u00bb.El titular del TSJ sostuvo que la Sala Plena tiene qu\u00f3rum para funcionar sin su presencia y que retornar\u00e1 cuando existan garant\u00edas para su vida y la de su familia, al tiempo que denunci\u00f3 un presunto acuerdo del Gobierno con su suplente.
