El caso se remonta al operativo policial del 16 de abril de 2009 en el Hotel Las Am\u00e9ricas, en Santa Cruz, donde murieron Eduardo R\u00f3zsa Flores, Michael Dwyer y \u00c1rp\u00e1d Magyarosi, y
