El legislador afirm\u00f3 que est\u00e1 dispuesto a aclarar su situaci\u00f3n sin renunciar a su cargo.\u00bbDefender\u00e9 mi honor, mi trayectoria y mi presunci\u00f3n de inocencia, sin renunciar a mi compromiso con Santa Cruz y con Bolivia\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 L\u00f3pez en sus redes sociales. Agreg\u00f3 que respeta los procedimientos y que no especular\u00e1 sobre los motivos de la determinaci\u00f3n hasta contar con informaci\u00f3n oficial completa.La n\u00f3mina forma parte de un grupo de 40 bolivianos sancionados bajo la pol\u00edtica migratoria anunciada por Washington el 28 de septiembre, en respaldo a la lucha contra el crimen organizado.
