por ley.De acuerdo con la denuncia, la transferencia compromete tierras de uso ancestral y pone en riesgo la posesi\u00f3n colectiva, sin que exista hasta el momento un pronunciamiento oficial de las autoridades competentes sobre la legalidad de la transacci\u00f3n.Los denunciantes piden la intervenci\u00f3n del Estado para verificar la documentaci\u00f3n, dejar sin efecto la venta y garantizar la
