candidatos presidenciales priorizan el control territorial y la lucha contra el crimen organizado sobre las reformas de crecimiento.El informe detalla que en Chile, Colombia, Per\u00fa, Brasil y M\u00e9xico la delincuencia supera al desempleo y la inflaci\u00f3n como principal preocupaci\u00f3n, mientras gobiernos como el de Jos\u00e9 Antonio Kast en Chile, Abelardo de la Espriella en Colombia, Keiko Fujimori en Per\u00fa y Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro en Brasil proponen intervenci\u00f3n policial en barrios, bloques contra la extorsi\u00f3n y leyes antiterroristas.El Banco de Espa\u00f1a advierte una contradicci\u00f3n fiscal: estas pol\u00edticas exigen recursos permanentes para polic\u00edas, inteligencia y c\u00e1rceles, pero conviven con propuestas de reducir impuestos corporativos, eliminar el impuesto al patrimonio y recortar gasto, en un contexto de deuda elevada que en Brasil alcanza el 97% del PIB y d\u00e9ficit que supera el 5% en M\u00e9xico y
