La audiencia concluy\u00f3 con su traslado inmediato al recinto penitenciario.La imputaci\u00f3n se basa en una denuncia presentada por el diputado Manolo Rojas (PDC) contra cuatro personas, entre ellas Juan Evo Morales. La Fiscal\u00eda argument\u00f3 riesgo de fuga y obstaculizaci\u00f3n, al considerar que el legislador no cuenta con arraigo ni domicilio habitual y que se encuentra suspendido sin goce de haberes desde el 12 de agosto de 2026.La defensa invoc\u00f3 el art\u00edculo 152 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado, que proh\u00edbe la detenci\u00f3n preventiva a representantes electos salvo casos de flagrancia, y apel\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n.
