La propuesta incluye expresi\u00f3n art\u00edstica con m\u00fasica, danza, teatro, artes visuales y literatura, patrimonio cultural material e inmaterial de Bolivia, identidad y diversidad cultural para reconocer y respetar culturas, lenguas y tradiciones, creatividad e innovaci\u00f3n para desarrollar imaginaci\u00f3n y nuevas formas de expresi\u00f3n, producci\u00f3n cultural con proyectos en la escuela y la comunidad, y gesti\u00f3n cultural para organizar, difundir y sostener iniciativas art\u00edsticas.\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es una bomba de tiempo para Bolivia ignorarlo? Porque fortalece la identidad nacional y el orgullo por nuestras ra\u00edces, impulsa directamente el turismo y la econom\u00eda creativa que podr\u00eda generar millones, promueve el respeto, la tolerancia y la convivencia entre culturas, y desarrolla habilidades clave como creatividad, sensibilidad y pensamiento cr\u00edtico.Adem\u00e1s, contribuye a una sociedad m\u00e1s inclusiva, libre de violencia y discriminaci\u00f3n, y es la \u00fanica v\u00eda para preservar el patrimonio cultural para las futuras generaciones.
