A nivel nacional se garantizar\u00e1n contenidos comunes para todo el pa\u00eds, historia y conocimientos nacionales, competencias fundamentales y formaci\u00f3n ciudadana com\u00fan.A nivel departamental, cada gobernaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 incorporar contenidos adaptados a su territorio: historia y cultura regionales, actividades productivas locales, lenguas, tradiciones y medioambiente regional. La propuesta busca dejar atr\u00e1s la curr\u00edcula \u00fanica y centralizada para responder a la diversidad del pa\u00eds.En ese marco, especialistas plantean que todo estudiante, sin importar d\u00f3nde viva, debe dominar siete aprendizajes esenciales para su d\u00eda a d\u00eda: lectura para comprender y analizar textos, matem\u00e1ticas para razonar y resolver problemas, ciencias para comprender el mundo y evaluar evidencias, historia para conocer Bolivia y su diversidad, ciudadan\u00eda para entender derechos y obligaciones, tecnolog\u00eda para competencias digitales y pensamiento cr\u00edtico para analizar, argumentar y tomar decisiones.Sin embargo, la reforma abre un intenso debate sobre sus ventajas y riesgos. Entre las ventajas se se\u00f1alan la identidad cultural, una educaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s pertinente, la conexi\u00f3n con la econom\u00eda local, mayor participaci\u00f3n regional y la innovaci\u00f3n educativa.
