Son cambios que se tienen que hacer aqu\u00ed, en el Congreso\u00bb, sostuvo.La autoridad hizo estas declaraciones tras el atraco armado registrado el domingo en una joyer\u00eda de un centro comercial de la capital cruce\u00f1a y el asesinato de un hombre cerca del Zool\u00f3gico municipal este martes.
