{"id":28161,"date":"2026-10-14T14:28:16","date_gmt":"2026-10-14T18:28:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/telocuentavictorhugo.com\/?p=28161"},"modified":"2026-10-14T14:28:22","modified_gmt":"2026-10-14T18:28:22","slug":"keiko-fujimori-anuncia-nuevos-lineamientos-para-recuperar-orden-y-la-autoridad-docente-en-colegios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/telocuentavictorhugo.com\/index.php\/2026\/10\/14\/keiko-fujimori-anuncia-nuevos-lineamientos-para-recuperar-orden-y-la-autoridad-docente-en-colegios\/","title":{"rendered":"KEIKO FUJIMORI ANUNCIA NUEVOS LINEAMIENTOS PARA RECUPERAR ORDEN Y LA AUTORIDAD DOCENTE EN COLEGIOS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La presidenta de la Rep\u00fablica, Keiko Fujimori, present\u00f3 este 12 de octubre en Chaclacayo los nuevos Lineamientos para la Gesti\u00f3n de la Disciplina Escolar, que buscan restituir la autoridad docente y establecer sanciones proporcionales frente a conductas que afectan la convivencia.La jefa de Estado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la normativa reinstala las suspensiones definitivas para casos graves, restituye la nota de conducta en escala vigesimal y proh\u00edbe el uso de celulares salvo autorizaci\u00f3n. \u00abEl orden no solamente es en las calles, el orden tambi\u00e9n tiene que regresar a nuestras escuelas, a nuestras aulas\u00bb, afirm\u00f3.El ministro de Educaci\u00f3n, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Chang, detall\u00f3 que las faltas se clasificar\u00e1n en leves, graves y muy graves, que incluyen desde el uso indebido de dispositivos hasta acoso escolar, violencia sexual, porte de armas o cobro de cupos, con medidas que van desde la amonestaci\u00f3n hasta la separaci\u00f3n definitiva, garantizando la continuidad educativa mediante escuelas de segunda oportunidad.Entre las prohibiciones de presentaci\u00f3n personal para colegios p\u00fablicos figuran el uso de maquillaje, pintado de u\u00f1as, pelos excesivamente largos o te\u00f1idos y faldas escolares con medidas inadecuadas, mientras que las instituciones privadas podr\u00e1n establecer sus propias reglas. Adem\u00e1s se crear\u00e1 la Unidad de Protecci\u00f3n de la Comunidad Educativa y se deroga el sistema S\u00edseVe, con un plazo de 30 d\u00edas para que los colegios adecuen sus reglamentos
