exvicepresidente \u00c1lvaro Garc\u00eda Linera por una proposici\u00f3n acusatoria presentada por la alianza Libre, que busca un juicio de responsabilidades por presuntos delitos de asesinato, vejaciones y torturas y privaci\u00f3n de libertad.El caso se remonta al operativo del 16 de abril de 2009 en el Hotel Las Am\u00e9ricas de Santa Cruz, que termin\u00f3 con la muerte de Eduardo R\u00f3zsa Flores, Michael Dwyer y \u00c1rp\u00e1d Magyarosi, y la detenci\u00f3n de El\u00f6d T\u00f3\u00e1s\u00f3 y Mario Tadic, bajo el argumento oficial de desarticular una c\u00e9lula
