Esa resistencia policial, sostiene, era parte de la raz\u00f3n por la que exig\u00eda decisiones dr\u00e1sticas al presidente Rodrigo Paz.En el tramo final, el consultor argentino expone su doctrina: \u00abEl pa\u00eds se gobierna a las malas\u00bb, le dice a Reyes, despu\u00e9s de advertirle que el presidente enfrentar\u00eda de todas formas un juicio de responsabilidades. Para Cerimedo, el dilema era caer por in\u00fatiles o caer porque hubiera muertos, y prefer\u00eda lo segundo.
