asaltos registrados en Santa Cruz.El legislador explic\u00f3 que la propuesta busca mejorar la preparaci\u00f3n de estos trabajadores para que sepan c\u00f3mo actuar ante situaciones de riesgo, sin responsabilizar a la Polic\u00eda ni a las empresas privadas de seguridad.Arrien advirti\u00f3 que la inseguridad genera preocupaci\u00f3n en la poblaci\u00f3n y puede afectar la llegada de nuevas
