Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el Gobierno se anticip\u00f3 al conflicto con medidas de fuerza durante el mes y con la rearticulaci\u00f3n del Consejo Supremo de Defensa del Estado para una posible participaci\u00f3n t\u00e1ctica de las Fuerzas Armadas bajo la figura de narcoterrorismo. Consultado sobre la marcha anunciada por el evismo desde Patacamayo a La Paz este martes, Abastoflor sostuvo que se debe medir el grado de convocatoria y el uso de la fuerza, recomendando un uso m\u00ednimo de militares cuya doctrina no est\u00e1 orientada a la salvaguarda del orden social.
