Afirm\u00f3 que no se trata de una persecuci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica, sino de un pedido de justicia.Seg\u00fan Pino, la proposici\u00f3n no se present\u00f3 antes por desconfianza hacia la anterior gesti\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico y el nuevo escenario con Urioste permite activarla. La Fiscal\u00eda deber\u00e1 analizar el caso y, si corresponde, enviarlo a la ALP, donde se requieren dos tercios para autorizar el juicio.
