aprob\u00f3 el proyecto de Ley 070\/2025-2026 de libre transitabilidad y protecci\u00f3n del pueblo boliviano, que tipifica la obstrucci\u00f3n grave de rutas p\u00fablicas con penas de entre 3 y 10 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel seg\u00fan la gravedad del hecho.El presidente de la comisi\u00f3n, diputado Manolo Rojas, inform\u00f3 que la norma establece adem\u00e1s una agravante de dos tercios por incumplimiento de deberes para autoridades que no atiendan conflictos de su competencia, con sanciones de hasta 6 a\u00f1os y 2 meses, y que las autoridades notificadas tendr\u00e1n 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para atender o derivar los casos.El proyecto, elaborado a partir de la unificaci\u00f3n de 10 propuestas y 72 notas analizadas, permite la protesta pac\u00edfica siempre que no vulnere derechos de terceros y prev\u00e9 que los procedimientos operativos para su aplicaci\u00f3n sean precisados mediante decreto supremo antes de su tratamiento en el pleno camaral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
