La investigaci\u00f3n, abierta desde abril de 2025 por su periodo como asilado pol\u00edtico en Buenos Aires entre 2019 y 2020, no encontr\u00f3 elementos que prueben explotaci\u00f3n ni convivencia con menores.El abogado querellante de la Fundaci\u00f3n Apolo, Nicol\u00e1s Silvera, el magistrado revis\u00f3 registros migratorios y estableci\u00f3 que Noem\u00ed Meneses Ch\u00e1vez, una de las presuntas v\u00edctimas, ingres\u00f3 a Argentina ya con 18 a\u00f1os. Adem\u00e1s, los 28 efectivos de la Polic\u00eda Federal que custodiaron a Morales declararon que nunca vieron menores en sus domicilios.\u00bb No lo absolvieron, se orden\u00f3 archivar por una cuesti\u00f3n de elementos en la investigaci\u00f3n\u00bb, aclar\u00f3 Silvera.
