Fancesa demand\u00f3 en 2011 porque Soboce habr\u00eda usado sus propias acciones en Fancesa como garant\u00eda de un pr\u00e9stamo. Cuando la justicia constitucional cuestion\u00f3 el concepto, el tribunal intent\u00f3 salvar el fallo diciendo que fue un simple \u00aberror de denominaci\u00f3n\u00bb y que en realidad era da\u00f1o reputacional, pero mantuvo intacta la condena.Soboce denuncia que se busca desviar la atenci\u00f3n de la verdadera deuda: el Estado le debe casi 300 millones de d\u00f3lares desde 2010 por la expropiaci\u00f3n de sus acciones de Fancesa, un pago que sigue en el limbo sobre qui\u00e9n debe asumirlo. Hoy es Soboce, ma\u00f1ana cualquier inversionista, advierten expertos: sin reglas claras ni seguridad jur\u00eddica, se va la inversi\u00f3n, el empleo y el crecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
