Barbie, reclutado como informante por EEUU tras la guerra, lleg\u00f3 a La Paz en 1951, fue protegido por la justicia del banzerismo que lo declar\u00f3 \u00abciudadano sin tacha\u00bb y finalmente fue expulsado en 1983 por Hern\u00e1n Siles Zuazo para ser condenado a cadena perpetua en Francia, donde muri\u00f3 en prisi\u00f3n en 1991.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video
