El traslado se realiz\u00f3 bajo un fuerte resguardo policial con tres camionetas del grupo Delta desde su domicilio hasta las instalaciones fiscales, donde fue acompa\u00f1ada por su abogado Jerjes Justiniano.La declaraci\u00f3n en C\u00e1mara Gesell, un espacio de protecci\u00f3n con vidrio de visi\u00f3n unilateral, se enmarca en las pesquisas que se abrieron tras el ataque armado que sufri\u00f3 Beller el pasado 17 de agosto en Santa Cruz, hecho por el que Cerimedo tambi\u00e9n es investigado por tentativa de feminicidio. La abogada solicit\u00f3 su incorporaci\u00f3n al programa de protecci\u00f3n de testigos al argumentar que posee informaci\u00f3n sensible sobre el investigado y que teme represalias contra su vida.Fernando Cerimedo cumple actualmente detenci\u00f3n preventiva en el penal de m\u00e1xima seguridad de Chonchocoro, en Viacha, mientras la Fiscal\u00eda avanza en la acumulaci\u00f3n de testimonios y pruebas.
