La citaci\u00f3n con amenaza de aprehensi\u00f3n venci\u00f3 a las 14:30 en la Fiscal\u00eda de La Paz.La Comisi\u00f3n de Fiscales de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada Anticorrupci\u00f3n hab\u00eda emitido la convocatoria el 10 de septiembre. El documento advert\u00eda que, de no presentarse, se emitir\u00eda un mandamiento de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra. Jofre deb\u00eda declarar en el marco de la investigaci\u00f3n por enriquecimiento il\u00edcito de particulares con afectaci\u00f3n al Estado, bajo la Ley Marcelo Quiroga Santa Cruz.El caso fue abierto de oficio tras las denuncias de Nadia Beller, expareja del asesor argentino. Cerimedo ya enfrenta otros tres procesos: tentativa de feminicidio, violencia familiar y dom\u00e9stica, y tr\u00e1fico de sustancias controladas con confabulaci\u00f3n.
