El Ministerio P\u00fablico pide que ambos vayan a juicio oral, p\u00fablico y contradictorio.El proyecto, destinado a la producci\u00f3n de miel en 13 comunidades del tr\u00f3pico de la provincia Bautista Saavedra, recibi\u00f3 Bs 919.128,89 del Fondo de Desarrollo Ind\u00edgena. Con solo Bs 687.508,41 del primer desembolso ya ejecutados, una auditor\u00eda de 2011 revel\u00f3 que el avance f\u00edsico era apenas del 20,90%. El informe detect\u00f3 materiales incompletos, deficiencias en la implementaci\u00f3n y reparaciones hechas en condiciones inadecuadas.Seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n, Ch\u00e1vez Mendieta era responsable de la Comisi\u00f3n de Administraci\u00f3n y Achu Honorio de la Comisi\u00f3n de Ejecuci\u00f3n en representaci\u00f3n de las familias beneficiarias. La Fiscal\u00eda sostiene que nunca subsanaron las observaciones y que las ampliaciones de plazo tampoco solucionaron las irregularidades.
