Seg\u00fan la autoridad, ante la imposibilidad de cubrir siquiera una semana de importaci\u00f3n de combustibles, acudir al organismo no obedece a una \u00abreceta impuesta\u00bb, sino a la necesidad urgente de captar divisas, evitar la emisi\u00f3n monetaria que genera inflaci\u00f3n y estabilizar el tipo de cambio.En relaci\u00f3n a las condiciones pactadas, Navarro sostuvo que el Ejecutivo present\u00f3 un plan de ajuste propio basado en la disciplina fiscal y la reestructuraci\u00f3n de los subsidios. Destac\u00f3 la transici\u00f3n hacia un esquema de subvenci\u00f3n a la demanda en los carburantes, cuyos efectos se buscan mitigar mediante el Programa Extraordinario de Tracci\u00f3n y Equidad (TEP) para contener el alza en pasajes y alimentos. Asimismo, garantiz\u00f3 que no se modificar\u00e1 el precio del gas domiciliario ni de la garrafa de gas licuado de petr\u00f3leo (GLP) para el consumo de las familias.Respecto a los servicios b\u00e1sicos, el viceministro aclar\u00f3 que las tarifas de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, sujetas a la inflaci\u00f3n del 20 % registrada la pasada gesti\u00f3n, se ir\u00e1n ajustando bajo un tope del 5 % mensual decretado para amortiguar el impacto en la econom\u00eda familiar. De acuerdo con la autoridad, este paquete de medidas busca ordenar la macroeconom\u00eda, evitar la cesaci\u00f3n de pagos de la deuda y devolverle al pa\u00eds la credibilidad ante las agencias de
