La Fiscal\u00eda argument\u00f3 falta de elementos probatorios contra la primera dama y duplicidad de hechos en el caso del asesor argentino.Seg\u00fan la resoluci\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n de fiscales, la denuncia del abogado Lucas Torrez se basaba en versiones de prensa sobre presuntas negociaciones irregulares de combustibles, oro y seguros en coordinaci\u00f3n con Urquidi. Sin embargo, \u00abno tiene sustento probatorio\u00bb ni detalla tiempo, lugar y modo de los hechos. En el caso de Cerimedo, los fiscales determinaron que los delitos denunciados <s>cohecho, uso indebido de influencias y legitimaci\u00f3n de ganancias il\u00edcitas<\/s> son similares a los que ya se investigan en el proceso N\u00b0 201102012605615.
