La norma, impulsada por el Ministerio P\u00fablico, busca que ninguna mujer ni v\u00edctima de delitos sexuales vuelva a peregrinar sola por distintas oficinas buscando ayuda.El Fiscal Departamental Luis Carlos Torrez explic\u00f3 que la RAI obliga a las instituciones a trabajar de forma articulada para dar respuesta inmediata, protecci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento desde el primer minuto. El objetivo central es cortar con la revictimizaci\u00f3n que hoy sufren quienes denuncian violencia en raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero. Tras ser socializado en comisiones, el proyecto fue aprobado en la sexta sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del pleno.
