Rada advirti\u00f3 sobre serias \u00abdudas razonables\u00bb en el procedimiento, se\u00f1alando que en cuesti\u00f3n de horas el estatus legal de involucrados cambi\u00f3 dr\u00e1sticamente de testigos a acusados, sumado a la sorpresiva rapidez con la que se dispuso el traslado de la v\u00edctima tras supuestamente haber recibido disparos a quemarropa.\u200b Asimismo, el parlamentario expres\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n por una serie de incongruencias de tiempo y log\u00edstica que empa\u00f1an la veracidad del hecho. Entre ellas destac\u00f3 que la ambulancia fue convocada tres minutos antes de que ocurrieran los disparos, adem\u00e1s del repentino pronunciamiento de sectores afines al \u00abmasismo\u00bb para instrumentalizar el evento.
